For self-serviced laundry, we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for your convenience. For serviced laundry we are open 

Weekdays - 7:00am to 6:00pm

Saturdays 8:00am to 12:30pm

No, all our washing machines have detergent and softener automatically injected into them. . All detergents are hypoallergenic and  made in Queensland. 

Yes, it will. Our big 28kg washing machine can wash doonas of all sizes that are machine washable. 

Yes, we do! Our pet blanket machine takes items up to 15kg, and is big enough for your dog bed or horse blankets in. We have this so that pets and people can have their clothes washed separately. Please don’t put your pets’ blankets into the people washing machines.

NO. This is what makes us different – we provide a service tailored to you. We will not only keep your washing separate, but we will also go above and beyond by separating your light-coloured items and dark coloured items.

Of course – we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can do your laundry at your convenience. Just load your laundry into the machine and follow the prompts. Average wash cycle is 40 minutes. 

We are a cashless laundry, and you can pay using our payment kiosk which accepts all major credit cards or you can pay by scanning the QR code with your smart phone. Vouchers are also available. 

We will have your washing ready for same day collection, if you have a timeframe you would like us to have your washing done in, please let us know when you deliver your washing to us. If you prefer to collect later, we can lock your washing away until you are ready.

As the detergents are automatically injected, adding more detergent will only result in some extra bubbles. Each cycle has 3 rinses. No harm done.
