No. All of our self-service machines automatically dispense premium detergent and fabric softener, so there's no need to bring your own.

Unfortunately, no. Our machines are fitted with automatic detergent dispensing systems which cannot be stopped.

 If you add your own detergent, the machine will still automatically dispense detergent as part of the wash cycle. The result is usually just a few extra bubbles.

No. Your laundry is always kept separate from other customers' items throughout the entire process.

Our team carefully sorts your laundry into colours, whites, delicates, and other appropriate loads to ensure the best possible results, but your items are never combined with another customer's washing.

Unlike some laundry services that process laundry from home-based operations, all washing is professionally cleaned onsite in our commercial laundry facility, giving you peace of mind and consistent, high-quality results.

Generally, yes. Our large 28kg washing machines are designed to accommodate even the biggest doonas, quilts, and bulky bedding items.

We offer dry cleaning as a convenient drop-off and pick-up service only.

Dry cleaning items are sent to a trusted offsite dry-cleaning partner and are not processed in-house. Typical turnaround time is 7-10 days.

If you're not in a hurry and would like the convenience of dropping everything off in one place, we'd be happy to help. Simply bring your items in and we'll take care of the rest.
